As Chief Technology Officer, Mithu brings a deep understanding of CRM strategy and implementation, enterprise architecture, and scalable system design. His expertise in Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, has helped organizations across telecommunications, healthcare, fintech, and manufacturing achieve breakthrough operational and customer engagement success.Mithu’s strategic mindset and hands-on approach have been instrumental in revolutionizing CRM ecosystems by designing and deploying end-to-end solutions tailored to business needs. He has delivered customer-centric innovations such as Einstein Bots, omni-channel service routing, and advanced analytics tools to drive real-time insights, while fostering operational excellence by integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems, implementing governance frameworks, and automating complex workflows.
Previously, Mithu held senior leadership roles at organizations like Frontier Communications, where he spearheaded enterprise-wide CRM transformation, and Strategic Growth, Inc., where he led large-scale Salesforce implementations for Fortune 500 clients. His tenure at Kasasa, Hanger, Inc., and Innovative Neurotronics, Inc. showcased his ability to align technology strategy with organizational goals, delivering projects that streamlined operations, reduced costs, and improved customer experiences.
Mithu earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, where he was an active member of IEEE. He later completed his MBA at Texas State University, earning the prestigious Barbara Pearsol Achievement Scholarship and being inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma.
