About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Leader to drive growth and expand our client base. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic sales initiatives to position Optimyzn as the go to Salesforce consulting partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential growth areas.
  • Present tailored Salesforce solutions to prospective clients, showcasing Optimyzn’s expertise and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (consultants, marketing, and project managers) to ensure seamless client engagement and solution delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics, providing insights to leadership on revenue growth and pipeline development.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and industry best practices to position Optimyzn as a thought leader in the space.
Required Qualifications
  • -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • -Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the Salesforce ecosystem or IT consulting industry.
  • -Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions and their business impact.
  • -Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • -Ability to work in a fast-paced, client centric environment and drive results.
  • -Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking software, and business development analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • -Experience in Salesforce consulting, SaaS, or enterprise software sales.
  • -Familiarity with Salesforce partner programs and ecosystem dynamics.
  • -Experience in a startup or high-growth company with a consultative sales approach.
